Job Title: Customer Service (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-oriented Female Customer Service Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth and elegant customer experience in line with our luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist clients in a professional, warm, and welcoming manner

· Communicate effectively with customers in both Arabic and English

· Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-store

· Schedule and manage bridal appointments and fittings

· Provide detailed information about products, services, and pricing

· Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules

· Follow up with clients before and after appointments

· Support the sales and styling team to ensure excellent service delivery

· Ensure the boutique is always neat, organized, and presentable

· Assist with basic administrative tasks as required

Qualification & Skills:

· Female candidate only

· Must be fluent in Arabic and English

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or luxury fashion preferred

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Presentable with a polished and professional appearance

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

· Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems

· Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
