Customer Service Executive (Hindi Speaker)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor delivery operations
  • Interact with clients and delivery agents for smooth functioning
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Prepare accurate reports for management

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience as Coordinator in UAE or Home Country
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with logistics delivery companies is an added advantage
  • Freshers who speak Hindi and English fluently can also apply for the role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

  • Diploma (Preferred)
