Customer service executive - Import and Export

· Handling complete coordination with regards to imports and exports shipments.

· Tracking shipments

· Complete internal coordination with team and with head office staff.

· Training will be provided.

· Minimum 2 years of experience with a freight forwarding / CHA company in Ocean and air Exports/import

· Good verbal / written communication skills.

. Good Geographical ports knowledge, INCO terms knowledge.

· Complete coordination with customers, shipping lines regarding ocean export shipments.

. Sales coordination, lead generation.

. Quoting to customer, Rates Negotiations with shipping lines, NVOCC'S and Main Carriers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
