Customer Service Executive (Telephone Operator)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls related to property leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Make outbound (cold) calls to potential clients and leasing inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about available properties.
  • Record and update call details and customer information.
  • Coordinate with the leasing team for appointments and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage).
  • Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM experience is a plus).
  • Prior experience in real estate or customer service preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
