Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle sales and leasing of luxury off-plan and ready properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and developers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market analysis and investment advice.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of Dubai/UAE real estate experience.
- Strong network with developers and clients.
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, French, English or other languages is a plus).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Package:
- Competitive commission structure (up to 80%).
- In-house marketing and lead generation support.
- Office in prime Dubai location.
- Training, admin, and full management support.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
Skills:
- Skilled in handling residentials, commercial, and off plan properties.
- Expertise in preparing and presenting peroperties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Strong ability to match client requirements with available properties.
