Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads to successfully convert them into clients.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
• Conduct property viewings, prepare offers, and negotiate deals to close successful transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
• Stay updated on local market trends, property listings, and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and legal, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Accurately record all interactions and transactions using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales, ideally with experience in luxury properties or real estate brokerage.
• Sales Skills: Strong client development and relationship management abilities; skilled in tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in closing deals through effective communication and negotiation.
• Professionalism: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Technology: Familiarity with real estate CRMs, online listing platforms, and digital communication tools.
