Job Description: Customer Service Executive

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Process: Voice

Experience: Freshers and Experienced both Eligible

Salary:

For freshers: ₹18,000 CTC

For experienced: ₹23,000 - ₹30,000 CTC

Qualifications:

Willingness to work in Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM) PST.

Good English communication skills (both oral and written).

Email drafting skills with the ability to comprehend.

Work experience required for undergraduates.

Knowledge of working on CRM tool.

Responsibilities:

Obtaining records and bills from facilities via email and phone.

Requesting records and bills via email, fax, chart swap, chart request, etc.

Calling facilities and doing follow-ups on pending tasks.

Updating CRM tools with the status of records and bills.

Good telephone etiquette.

Need to be polite, humble, and courteous on calls.

Good listener and should possess authority over a phone call.

Computer Skills:

Knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Good communication skills.
