Could you be the full-time Customer Service Leader in India we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and customer service expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in supporting and coordinating the EMU and Train set project warranty and maintenance business across India, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Parts & Overhaul Support team, RAMS Team, Quality team, and Project Engineering team), monitor train performance against reliability KPIs, and provide technical solutions for obsolescence, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of material and logistics support, as well as developing fleet maintenance plan audits, including reliability studies and benchmarking with similar Alstom fleets, but also ensure alignment with sourcing and quality for material planning.
We’ll look to you for:
Overall support and coordination for EMU and Train set project warranty and maintenance business
Alignment with sourcing and quality for material planning
Monitoring train performance in line with reliability KPIs
Gathering technical knowledge and field data for reliability studies and continuous improvement proposals
Providing technical solutions for obsolescence with engineering function support
Developing fleet maintenance plan audits, including reliability studies/analysis/trends for continuous improvement

Graduate in Engineering or Industrial studies (Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or E&C engineering is desirable)
Experience or understanding of computer literacy (Microsoft Windows & Office environment)
Basic knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of trains parts and subassemblies
Familiarity with propulsion systems
Effective communication and customer handling skills
Critical thinking skills
Experience with rolling stock maintenance and warranty operations (desirable)
Field exposure to Indian railways (desirable)
Knowledge of Power BI tools (desirable)
