Customer Service Manager 02 Job Description

The Customer Service Manager guides and manages their team at Arab Insurance Cooperative Company to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. He/ She works towards improving the customer experience and effectively resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Supervising and guiding the customer service team.
  • Developing and improving customer service strategies.
  • Monitoring team performance and providing necessary training.
  • Resolving major customer complaints and issues.
  • Managing customer records and analysing them for continuous improvement.
Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers skilfully.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices.
