Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Attend to the clients and provide the best possible solution/ support to the client at the same time keeping organization interest in mind.
  • Assist international team with client inquiries.
  • Manage client satisfaction results with the various departments and ensure corrective action plans are initiated and managed.
  • Perform day-to-day activities related to the international CRM/Handover operations.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, international projects along with each country laws and regulations, company products and services so that clients are provided accurate information.
  • Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all clients
  • Act as an ambassador of the company at all times and attend to client needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Report, evaluate and investigate recurring operational problems that are highlighted by client and then direct the information accordingly for corrective actions to be taken.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience to the clients.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.



Competencies:

  • Diploma / Degre
  • 6 Years Experience in A Similar Role.
  • Fluency in English is A MUST.
  • Saudi National is A MUST.
  • Experience in Real Estate
