Customer Service / Office Representative - Evening

We are a local wholesale produce distributor seeking a long-term, motivated, hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team. We value individuals with positive attitudes who work well with others. Although experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate for the job.

** POSITION HOURS 4 pm -12 am **

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls
• Take orders and enter them into the system
• Assist customers via phone and email
• Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues
• Assist Sales Reps and Drivers with questions and issues
• Print and file invoices
• Track orders
• Occasionally deal with vendors and purchasing
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Work with other departments when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and service

Requirements:

• Full-time availability, including evening and weekend shifts
• Customer-focused with an energetic attitude and a desire to provide exceptional service
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate attention to detail
• Strong ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

Experience Level:

• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred but not required
• No experience needed - we are willing to train the right candidate
