ABOUT THE JOB

In this role, you will need to respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. You will navigate challenging phone conversations with ease and transforming them into positive experiences. Your ability to think critically, focus on tasks, set priorities and adjust as needed will be the road to your success. As the primary contact point for our customers via phone and email, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER?

  • Order taking by email or in the system
  • Receiving phone calls from customers
  • Preparation of order confirmations and all necessary documentation connected with transport procedures and invoicing
  • Collaborating with the logistics department in organizing shipment
  • Processes return, credit, and debit memos as required
  • Liaise with the Central Planning department on delivery times and dates, change customer demands and forecasts
  • Supporting administrative duties in the office

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER?

  • Education at minimum secondary level with a high-school exam
  • Fluent Turkish and English is a must
  • Experience in Customer Service or similar office position - approx. 1
  • Knowledge of export documentation
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
