Position: Customer Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and direct clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams ( production, logistics, and quality assurance) to fulfill customer needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling food products.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct follow-ups after order deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the food sector.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and customer engagement programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management (preferably in the food industry).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
