Company Description
PlanlabSolutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Role to handle international clients across multiple communication channels. This is a non-sales role focused purely on delivering high-quality customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via email, live chat, and calls with international clients
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses
• Use CRM tools effectively to manage and resolve queries
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and communication

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Kustomer
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a supervisory role
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Good command of MS Office and Excel
