About the Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance targets related to quality, speed, and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus
