About the Role:
Our client, a logistics company in Dubai, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong billing and invoicing expertise to support their freight, warehousing, and customs clearance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and generating invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting collections. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Russian to liaise effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and generate invoices for logistics services, including freight, warehousing, and customs clearance.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to validate billing data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, charges, and payment status.
  • Resolve disputes related to overcharges, incorrect billing, or missing documentation.
  • Monitor and manage billing queues to ensure timely processing of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable on overdue invoices and collections.
  • Provide billing support during audits or financial reviews.
  • Suggest process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain professionalism in communication with clients, vendors, and coworkers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proficiency in Russian (mandatory) and fluent English.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Technical Skills: MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook at minimum).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
