Key Responsibilities:

• Receive holiday homes client inquiries
• Communicate with clients and understand their requirements
• Successfully close holiday homes bookings
• Answer calls from customers and direct them to the right department
• General Administrative work if needed

Requirements:

• Reliably commute to Business Bay daily
• Work from home option
• 1+ years experience as customer service representative or dealing with clients
• An excellent level of proficiency in written & spoken English
