Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote - Female Only)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Sat)

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Home

Responsibilities

- Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, Calls, and Social Media

- Follow up with leads & manage client relationships

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries

- Maintain records using CRM and project tools

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills (Urdu & English)

- Prior CSR or sales experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

- Own laptop/PC and stable internet connection

- Confident, responsible & able to work independently

Compensation

- Basic Salary: PKR 10,000 – 30,000 (based on skills & experience)

*Plus Performance-Based Sales Incentives & Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
