We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage tasks in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the voice of our brand responsible for engaging with clients, building lasting relationships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively engage with customers through phone, email, and chat support.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.
- Invite a set number of potential clients to the office and site for a brief discussion about the project on a daily basis.
- Follow up with the potential clients on a daily basis.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
- Continuously seek feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a client-facing role.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and confident in handling customer interactions.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in telesales or outbound calling.
- Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Must be Proficient in English.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with customer service tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
