Customer Service Representative

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage tasks in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the voice of our brand responsible for engaging with clients, building lasting relationships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively engage with customers through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.
  • Invite a set number of potential clients to the office and site for a brief discussion about the project on a daily basis.
  • Follow up with the potential clients on a daily basis.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
  • Continuously seek feedback and suggest process improvements.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a client-facing role.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and confident in handling customer interactions.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in telesales or outbound calling.
  • Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Must be Proficient in English.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with customer service tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Location: Near Lucky One Mall, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
