WE'RE HIRING: Customer Service Sales Representative – Port Said, Egypt

Location: Port Said, Egypt

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site only (No remote work)

Salary: EGP 16,500 – 18,000 gross/month (Base Salary) + Healthy Commission Structure

About the Role

We’re looking for ambitious and confident Customer Service Sales Representatives to join our growing international sales team at Xappee . You’ll be representing some of the UK’s biggest telecommunication companies such as O2, Three, and BT, selling broadband, mobile, and VoIP services to new and existing customers.

This role is ideal for energetic communicators who are motivated by growth, excellent earning potential, and the chance to build a career in international telecom sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing tailored solutions for broadband, mobile, and VoIP services.
• Making outbound calls to warm leads and potential customers to introduce products and close sales.
• Building strong customer relationships through professional, consultative conversations.
• Explaining service benefits clearly and confidently, helping customers choose the best packages for their needs.
• Recording call outcomes and updating internal CRM systems accurately.
• Working closely with team leaders to hit and exceed sales targets.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful service activation.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Clear, professional phone manner with a neutral accent.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service .
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new customers daily.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and basic software tools.
• Target-driven, motivated by commissions and incentives.
• Positive, team-first attitude with the willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be available to work full-time from our Port Said, Egypt .
