Customer Service Representative

Joyland Ltd is looking for a position of "Customer Service Representative "

Experience: 6 months or 1 year

Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Salary: 40k-45k

Timings: 9AM-6PM (6 Days)

Location: Lahore

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, messages, and emails from customers and institutions
  • Provide accurate information and timely assistance
  • Redirect queries to relevant departments where necessary
  • Listen actively and handle customer complaints with patience
  • Log complaints and escalate to senior management if unresolved
  • Assist with on-site registrations for school/corporate visits
  • Help the sales or ticketing teams manage large group check-ins
  • Maintain daily logs and forms accurately
  • Maintain a Daily booking calendar and update it in the booking group.
  • Maintain daily visit to school details in an Excel sheet and follow up.
  • Feedback & Reporting
  • Collect School feedback after the experiences
  • Share insights with the management team for improvements
  • Submit end-of-day summaries of issues, complaints, and resolved case
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
