Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Female) – Healthcare Background

Location: Dubai – DMCC
Salary: Up to AED 5,000

Job Description:
We are seeking a female Customer Care Executive with a laboratory / healthcare background to join our team in Dubai (DMCC). The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a hospital or medical center in the UAE, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination.
  • Maintain professional communication with patients and internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth customer service operations in line with healthcare standards.
  • Manage and update patient records as required.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Prior experience in customer service within a hospital, clinic, or medical laboratory in the UAE is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
