Customer Service Representative

Old Dominion Chimneys is adding to our team! We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative who will serve as the main point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, ability to multi-task, and be comfortable working independently. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service: telephone calls, incoming mail, incoming emails/texts; scheduling all service appointments, invoicing/accounts receivable, requesting COI's, checking inventory for scheduled jobs and receiving inventory deliveries. We are a small, family owned business that treats our employees as family. Our office is a business casual environment and flexible hours may be possible.

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience or experience working with the public
• Strong typing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional manner
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Must be proficient in spelling and basic grammar/math
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Attention to details
• Familiarity with computers, Google Suites, Internet and other office equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
