Customer Service Representative

Aloha,

Tails of Hawaii is currently seeking an individual to join our Ohana!

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with day-to-day operations.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Dog and Cat handling experience is highly preferred, but training is available.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience is required.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Able to multitask in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Scheduling experience.
• Basic computer skills, Gmail, Google docs knowledge and web browsing.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues.
• Strong communication skills must be demonstrated through oral and written means.
• Proficiency in using relevant computer systems, mobile devices and software.
• Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into facility.
• Answering phone calls, respond to emails, requests and text inquiries.
• Scheduling services for pets.
• Checking pets in and out for services.

Scheduling:

Must be able to work one weekend day and 1 major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years day). This position starts off as part-time but can become a full-time shift. Wage based on previous experience and performance. Shifts will be from 7am to 3pm and some PM/weekend shifts may be required. Also may require other tasks such as kennel duties.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
