Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

ATU Logistics is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our night shift team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll engage with clients across the US and Canada, handle calls, resolve inquiries, and actively promote our freight and logistics services. This is a fast-paced, in-office position ideal for confident communicators with strong English skills and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
• Understand client needs, upsell logistics services, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance KPIs, while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, coordinating with internal teams when needed.
• Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and logistics industry trends.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or telesales (logistics or BPO background preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• A confident, persuasive, and goal-driven personality.
• Full-time night shift availability at our office near DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
