Customer Service Representative

The Cook Law Office, a personal injury firm, is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our bills and records team. This position does require daily attendance to our Tempe office. This team focuses on obtaining the necessary medical records, bills, insurance statements, etc., that are vital to a personal injury case. This position will also assist in answering and routing incoming phone calls. This is an entry level position and does not require previous legal experience, though previous personal injury experience is a plus.

This position will include but not limited to:

• Assist in gathering the critical records needed for each client’s case
• Sending out necessary faxes, letters, etc.
• Verifying balance amounts with medical providers
• Providing customer support
• Perform general clerical duties
• Ensure that every case is being handled swiftly and with the highest levels of service
• Answering and transferring phone calls

Successful candidates will be:

• Individuals who are highly motivated and can be trusted to work with minimal supervision
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Those with an eye for detail
• Efficient workers who can handle multiple tasks
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Spanish language skills are a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
