Customer Service Representative

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

Last-Mile Sales Execution

  • Manage inbound inquiries and repeat orders from existing clients
  • Assist in onboarding small to mid-sized clients and ensuring machines are placed smoothly
  • Coordinate between operations and sales admin for quick turnarounds
  • Share updated product offerings and encourage upgrades (e.g., new flavors, add-ons)

Customer Support

  • Handle minor service requests or complaints and escalate when needed
  • Ensure all client requests (stock refill, machine service, payment info) are logged and resolved in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with clients so they feel supported, not sold to

Minimal Follow-Ups

  • Light, structured follow-ups via WhatsApp/email to confirm service satisfaction or reorder schedules

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, or account coordination
  • Good spoken and written English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus
  • Well-organized and calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools
  • UAE driving license is a bonus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
