Customer Service Representative

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate Cloud Genny's product and service offerings to potential and existing clients.
  • Identify sales opportunities and actively work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and courteously, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Cloud Genny's product updates.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native fluency in Arabic is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging client situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
