*Job Title:* Customer Service Representative (CSR) - University Inquiries *Job Summary:* We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our university team. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, current students, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support via phone and email. Your role is to respond to inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. *Responsibilities:* - Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective students, current students, and other stakeholders - Provide accurate and timely information about university programs, services, and policies - Assist with student enrollment and registration processes - Resolve student complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university programs, services, and policies - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student issues - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets *Requirements:* - 1-2 years of customer service experience in an educational or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficient in MS Office and customer service software - Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English *Preferred Qualifications:* - Bachelor's degree or Master in relevant field - Certification in customer service (e.g. Customer Service Certification) *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and development - Comprehensive training and support - Positive and supportive work environment
