We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. This role involves managing inbound calls to the company’s mainline, responding to emails, and ensuring that all inquiries are directed promptly and accurately to the appropriate departments or team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle all inbound calls on the company’s mainline with professionalism and courtesy.
- Respond to emails received through the company’s main inbox in a timely and professional manner.
- Forward important emails, messages, and inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Provide general information about the company, properties, and services to callers and email inquirers.
- Redirect calls to the correct personnel or department based on the nature of the inquiry.
- Maintain accurate logs of calls and communications for record-keeping and follow-up.
- Assist in resolving basic tenant and client inquiries, escalating more complex issues to the relevant Property Hero (Property Manager) or department.
- Support the Operations team by ensuring communication flows efficiently across departments.
- Ensure all interactions reflect B2B Realty’s commitment to professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other administrative or communication-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Receptionist, or similar role (experience in Property Management or Real Estate preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, communication tools, and email platforms.
- Professional, courteous, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
