Role Overview

GrowthRise Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, manage orders and returns, and provide live support to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our international clients. We’re looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals with strong English communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels.
  • Order & Return Management: Accurately process and track customer orders and returns.
  • Live Chat Assistance: Provide real-time support to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer information in internal systems.
  • Microsoft Office Tasks: Use Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and tracking purposes.
  • Communication: Deliver clear, courteous, and professional written and verbal communication to international clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Must have a personal laptop.
  • Willingness to work on-site daily at our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
