Urgent Requirements for Field operation Supervisor (Customer Service Representative )for Bangalore Location

Qualification - Graduation

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To make sure that 90 to 95% of his clients are visited on monthly bases & 100 % clients are tapped (visited / Called) from order & relationship point of view
  • to understand from ordering team which client has not taken material from more than 2 months
  • CRE to make sure orders leave on time from CFA & reach the client on time, any delay in delivery, CRE to inform ROH, who in return will coordinate with Logistic Manager.
  • To make sure that local deliveries are done as per route plan of CFA.
  • To make sure where ever there is entry restriction or long process, to support logistic team in getting delivery (Material + Machines) done.
  • To make sure DEMO machine & material reaches the site on time.
  • To ensure that DEMO starts on time, CRE has to be present in the DEMO during tea time.
  • Invoices Submission / Outstanding / Acknowledge of POD’s
  • To fill visit details (GNB APP) on client location, with proper feedback of meetings with clients

Required Skills:

  • Product Knowledge.
  • Client relationship.
  • Ground reality check.
  • Well versed with field job.
  • Site handling and management.
