Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team for the night shift. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively, empathize with customers, and resolve issues promptly will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.

· Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Effective Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, providing timely updates and follow-ups as needed.

· Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.

· Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

· Experience: 3 to 6 months of experience in customer service or a related role.

· Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in customer service is a plus).

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to proactively address and resolve customer concerns.

· Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service software and basic computer skills.

Compensation:

· Salary: Competitive market rate, including a base salary plus commission.

Work Location:

· Lahore, Model Town: Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
