In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—providing product information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, excellent communicator, and eager to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls, emails, chats, or voice systems Provide accurate product information and assist customers with inquiries or issues Resolve complaints with empathy, clarity, and a goal-oriented approach Generate sales leads and promote upselling and cross-selling when appropriate Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and updates Handle returns, refunds, and shipping/tracking information efficiently Meet or exceed personal and team performance targets and KPIs Follow all customer service policies and procedures
