Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-time [6 Days a Week 8 hours daily]
Location: BODY TIME, Business Bay, Office 1810, Dubai
Salary: Competitive, based on experience [AED 3K to 6K]
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Health, Fitness and Beauty Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries about our health, fitness and beauty products and services, and resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Answer inquiries from clients about our health, fitness and beauty products and services via phone, email, chat and social media channels
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders and bookings for our health, fitness and beauty services and products
- Work closely with our sales and marketing team to promote our products and services and generate new leads
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their health, fitness and beauty journey
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the health, fitness and beauty industry, and continuously improve your knowledge and skills
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our clients receive a seamless and exceptional customer experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, preferably in the health, fitness or beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the health, fitness and/or beauty industry is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Passion for health, fitness and beauty, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
