We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Provide accurate information about company services and processes.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up where necessary.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center (preferred).
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit.

Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi
