A Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, provides product or service information, resolves issues efficiently, and ensures customer satisfaction. They act as the communication bridge between the company and clients, maintaining a positive brand image.

• Handle customer orders, billing, and service requests
• Communicate professionally and empathetically
• Work with internal teams to solve customer issues
• Keep updated knowledge of company products and policies
• Gather customer feedback to improve services
• Meet performance targets (response time, satisfaction scores)
• Use CRM systems to track and manage interactions
• Contribute to building long-term customer relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
