Position: Customer Service Representative (Female Req)

Location: DHA, Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Package: 40k-50k depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels, including calls, email, chat, and social media platforms.

· Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, exchanges, and general inquiries about our products, services, and policies.

· Provide accurate and detailed information about product features, sizing, materials, and care instructions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

· Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with other team members and departments to share customer insights, trends, and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement of our products and services.

· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.

· Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. Provide customers with updates and proactively address any delays or issues.

· Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues related to logistics, such as lost or damaged shipments, in a timely and professional manner.

· Work closely with the warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.

· Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
