Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

Description: Robust Hoses LLC is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a strong background in logistics, specifically in import and export. Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings is a plus. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support
• Manage logistics operations, including import and export processes
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments
• Resolve any issues related to logistics and customer service

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, particularly in import and export
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings is advantageous
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
