In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and educators, providing them with high-quality support and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our services. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with course registrations, account issues, and financial transactions.
  • Support users in troubleshooting technical issues related to our learning platform.
  • Provide information about course offerings and educational resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our services.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
