Job Overview:

Karsaaz App is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Assist users with app-related issues, troubleshooting, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns and service improvements.
  • Meet customer service performance targets, including response time and resolution rate.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in customer service (experience in a tech/app-based company is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • A customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.
