1. Business Development Executive

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month+ Commission (in USD) + Daily Bonuses

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (IT background preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working night shifts.

2. Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month + Daily Performance Bonuses

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle international client interactions, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer support. Ideal candidates should be fluent in English, empathetic, and capable of maintaining professionalism during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain call logs, reports, and client records.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to team targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Must be available for night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM).
