Job Summary

Contacting customers by phone to provide assistance and answer questions, and of course, delivering a distinctive experience and a positive image of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming calls from customers and answer their inquiries accurately and professionally.
  • Resolve problems and complaints effectively and with a positive attitude.
  • Document calls and transactions in the approved system.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Adhere to service quality standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
  • University degree, preferably fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to persuade and interact with diverse personalities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and customer service software.
  • Tactfulness, patience, and work ethic.
