Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to become part of our energetic team. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring timely, polite, and effective assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions through live chat, email, and phone
• Support order processing, tracking, and return requests
• Keep accurate and updated records of all customer interactions
• Quickly resolve issues and assist customers with account-related matters
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through clear and proactive communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates may apply)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus; understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay) is beneficial
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken—for dealing with local and international clients
• Must bring your personal laptop to work daily
• Ability to commute or relocate to Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad
