Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, service queries, pricing, and purchase guidance.
- Maintain positive relationships and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Sales & Conversion
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and consultative selling.
- Promote and upsell relevant products/services to increase revenue.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and billing teams for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain customer records and interactions using CRM tools.
- Share customer insights and feedback with sales and marketing teams.
Problem Solving & Service Recovery
- Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within timelines.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate call logs, sales records, and reports.
- Present performance reports and suggest improvements.
Professional Conduct
- Follow call scripts, company policies, and quality communication standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and internal information.
- Represent the brand positively during every interaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
