Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh, KSA , for a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, resolve customer issues, and maintain effective communication. The role also involves managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams for efficient service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely support and professional assistance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer quotations using our SAP-based system.
• Arrange and manage orders and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Customer Service or Sales Coordinator, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience working with an inventory-based SAP system.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other office applications.
• Must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
