Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and inboxes.

Provide basic course information professionally

Tag & forward leads to Team through CRM/QMS

Maintain daily call logs and inquiry records on CRM/Sheets

Ensure a positive & professional customer experience
Eligibility Criteria:
-
Intermediate / A-Levels / BA / BSc
-
2–3 years experience in CSR, receptionist, call center, or QA roles
-
Excellent communication skills (English + Urdu)

Well-groomed, confident & customer-friendly personality
Required Skills:

Strong grip on MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Good email writing & typing skills

CRM handling & data management

Quick learner with problem-solving attitude
