Job Description

Dhwani Astro is hiring a Customer Support Representative to manage customer interactions for our e-commerce operations. The role involves handling customer queries, managing escalations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, chat, email, and calls
  • Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery status, returns, and refunds
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for issue resolution
  • Support and guide junior support team members
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor follow-ups and provide regular updates to management

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle escalations and difficult situations
  • Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
  • Team coordination or handling experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
