Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional Customer Service Representative to manage all client communications regarding possession matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, providing timely updates, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments to facilitate an efficient possession process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding possession status, procedures, and documentation
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to clients on possession progress
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve client concerns
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and possession-related information
  • Ensure professional, courteous, and efficient handling of all client communications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in Customer Service or Client Handling (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
  • Experience in real estate or possession-related matters will be an advantage
