Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a sharp, organized Customer Support & Operations Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for our travel services. In this role, you aren’t just answering phones—you are the vital link between our customers and our specialized Sales and Flight teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Response: Promptly answer incoming calls and manage WhatsApp chats with a professional and helpful tone.
  • Information Gathering: Consult with customers to gather all necessary travel details (destinations, dates, passenger info, and hotel preferences).
  • Data Entry (Admin Panel): Accurately log all customer information into our internal Admin Panel to initiate the deal-creation process.
  • Team Coordination: Seamlessly hand off logged data to the Sales Team for closing and the Flight Team for ticketing and technical support.
  • Queue Management: Ensure all inquiries (Flights, Tours, and Hotels) are organized and assigned to the correct department without delay.
